Am adding more items to my Theosophical Memorabilialike 4 editions from the 1890 & 1891 album “Portraits and Autographs an album for the People” edited by William Stead, the editor of The Review of Reviews Magazine. These are interesting editions because of the 4 different Cabinet Cards or Cartes de Visiteof William Stead that figures on each edition with his autograph. Another interest of this album are the portraits and comments of both HPB and Annie Besant figuring on pages 124 and 125. HPB has demonstrated a warm support to Stead Review of Reviews and Besant and has prefaced the first number of the magazine. Stead died aboard the RMS Titanic.
Have acquired also a very interesting envelope, bearing the Golden Theosophical Seal, sent in 1893 from Theosophical Headquarters on 17 & 19 Avenue Road from Annie Besant to her son Digby Besant. He managed The Theosophical Publishing House in London.
